What is a normal activity that you do almost daily that you take joy in?
Definitely having some quiet time with God. Reflecting on everything He’s doing in my life and in the lives of those around me. Playing guitar is also just as soothing, and I love that rush of joy and excitement I feel when I’m just strumming my guitar and thinking about all kinds of wonderful/sad/happy/inspiring things.
